Our broken judicial system (Part 1)

Many of our problems today can be solved by cleaning up the corruption in our judicial system and restoring it back to the foundation for which it was intended.

Right and wrong!

How many times do we hear that a person is released from prison because it was recently discovered that they had been innocent from the beginning?

How many lives have been destroyed because they spent most of their life in prison, even though prosecutors knew they were always innocent?

How many innocent people have been put to death by our government?

The basis for which our judicial system was formed on the principals of “right and wrong”.

If you have had the misfortune of getting involved in the system you probably were shocked to find out this is not the way it works any more!

Attorneys will privately tell you that it is nothing but a game.

That’s right… a GAME!

Justice has nothing to do with our system. It is a game that those involved play… and they play to WIN at ALL costs!

For years, I have been told by people that are in the business of court reporting that they would do most anything to never get caught up in the “system”. After many years of witnessing first hand what happens, they have seen corruption and the unfair games played by attorneys and judges.

“Once your in the system, even if you did nothing wrong, there is a good chance you will never get out.”

Police officers:

I fully support our good police officers and have nothing but respect for their dedication to protect us all. Unfortunately, there are many cops that are not good people and have caused many of the problems we now face today. These police officers should be removed from their jobs and many should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Although I am apposed to the BLM, ANTIFA, and other group violence, there is much truth to the corruption by police officers. Many officers today abuse their authority and are simply drunk on power. It is common to see officers have bad attitudes toward people of all colors or races. Yes, white people too!

I personally know of good white people who have been the victim of power hungry police officers. in addition, it should be pointed out that these bad cops are not just white, but many are black and other races and skin color.

I have friends that are officers and have told me privately that many cops become bad as a result of their training and the culture within the police department.

I also have friends that are attorneys that work in the system every day. They too have told me the same thing privately and shared stories with me about the corruption and injustice they witness on a routine basis.

Police officers will often say that they have no control over the decisions they make. They say they are only enforcing the law. But this is not correct!

Police officers have much discretion in the performance of their jobs. It is their personal responsibility how they treat people.

District Attorney (DA):

As shocking as it may sound, many who hold this office often operate outside the limits of the law.

How many times have we all witnessed violent people being released from jail, or perhaps never even being arrested even if they were caught on video?

How many times have we all seen good people simply protecting themselves or their property, get arrested, placed in jail, and relentlessly prosecuted by a DA (District Attorney)?

I have been told by more than one attorney friend that these DAs do not care about right and wrong in the least. In fact, they laugh when they told this to me!

If our system is not based on right and wrong, how many innocent people get convicted each day in our country?

It is very common for DAs to withhold information that would prove a person innocent, just to get their “win”!

Why are these DAs and other law enforcement people so corrupt?

Because they are personally protected by our system. in fact, there are current statutes that protect them.

Let’s do whatever needed to get our laws changed and hold these corrupt government servants personally responsible!

Let’s force law enforcement to operate on the principals of right, wrong, and fairness.

Watch for part 2 on “Our broken judicial system”: “Judges and our court system“.
